YouTube Music has introduced its own version of the “monthly listeners” metric called monthly audience and surprisingly Doechii and Eminem are the artists having the most monthly audience with 332 million each.
Dr Dre is second on the list with 271 million followed by Kendrick Lamar(262M) and then Coolio (251M).
Drake who is the rapper with the most monthly listeners on Spotify is surprisingly only 15th on the YouTube Music’s list having only 124M monthly audience. Rappers like Meek Mill, Whiz Khalifa, Pitbull, Nicki Minaj, Travis Scott, J Cole, XXXTentacion, Kanye West and even Lil Tecca are all ahead of him.
The list has got fans wondering if Drake’s streams on Spotify are actually real given the huge difference in his position on the two streaming platforms.

Different platforms, different audiences:
Spotify and YouTube Music have different user bases and preferences. While Drake may be dominant on Spotify, his popularity on YouTube Music might be lower.
